In the fall of 2003, the congregation of the First congregational Church voted to sell their existing church facility in downtown and relocate to a new high visibility site in the main access route to West Dundee.

 

The 25,000 square foot plan provides a 450 seat Sanctuary with an open and flexible narthex area, Fellowship Hall, Christian Education, Teen Loft Area, Administration, and other support areas.

 

The project was completed in December of 2006.  Mr. Saavedra worked with the congregation of the First Congregational Church as Principal in Charge.
